All orders are considered custom and are non-returnable .If the problem was some mistake, (the product was shipped in damaged/unusable condition or the wrong item or quantity of items were shipped), We will accept responsibility and ship the proper item(s) at our cost. If we need to take the damaged item back, we will send you a return label and your corrected order will be shipped once damaged item is received back by us. Upon receipt you can send the damaged or otherwise not usable item(s) back to us free of charge. Note: Damaged items exchanged for identical items only. Size, color and style cannot be changed.
